Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and offered nice amenities, but there were issues with cleanliness and maintenance. I appreciated the range of activities available, especially the sports center, but the dining options left much to be desired. Overall, it was a decent experience, but not without its flaws.
The resort offers a great golfing experience with a well-maintained course, but the hotel itself needs significant improvements in cleanliness and dining quality. The rooms are spacious, but some areas show neglect, and the breakfast doesn't meet expectations. Despite the lovely staff, the hotel feels outdated and lacks attention to detail in several aspects.
My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely balcony with a great view of the large swimming pool, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and encountered some unwanted guests in the form of lizards. The service was generally helpful, but the dining options were quite limited, especially at breakfast. Overall, the hotel's proximity to Johor Premium Outlet is a huge plus, but the upkeep could definitely use some attention.
The hotel has seen better days with a worn-down appearance and questionable cleanliness. Despite the friendly bar service, there were significant issues with overall service and room conditions that made my stay quite disappointing. The location is decent, but I would not recommend it for a relaxing getaway due to the lack of upkeep and attention to guest needs.
The resort has friendly staff and some great facilities like golf courses and swimming pools, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. The rooms felt a bit dated and were not as clean as I'd hoped. Dining was disappointing with issues like flies around the food and cold breakfast options. Overall, it was a reasonable stay for the price, but improvements are definitely needed to make it more enjoyable.
